Overview
Pneumatic Shear Cut Knife Holder is made of high quality steel, suitable for shearing hard thick materials or high-speed strips. It uses a depth adjustment screw to easily control the downstroke overlap distance between the upper and lower inserts, helping to compensate for overlap as the inserts wear. Unscrew the angle plate and rotate the bottom knife holder, the machine can adapt to different web path directions to obtain better efficiency. In addition, the maximum speed of the pneumatic shear cut knife holder can reach 1200M/min and its lower knife depth can be adjusted individually.
